This Refund Policy is issued by ("we," "us") for purchases related to (the "Game," Google Play package com.ezero.seven.water.gp). It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. : .
Status of our two purchase channels at the date above:
- Google Play in-app purchases — LIVE. All Diamond purchases inside the Game on Google Play are billed by Google. Refunds for these purchases are handled under Google Play's policies (Section 2 below).
- Web checkout on recharge.html — NOT YET LIVE ("Coming Soon"). The page lists prices and accepts your selection for review, but the confirm button is currently disabled and no charge can be created. Sections 3 to 12 below describe how we will handle web refunds once we enable the checkout; until then, those sections create no rights or obligations because no contract with us has been formed through that page.
1. What you are buying
Purchases are for digital Virtual Items, specifically in-game Diamonds (the Game's premium currency), priced and offered in the packages listed at the time of purchase. Once Diamonds are credited to the player identifier you provided (for the upcoming web checkout) or to your Google Play–linked Game account (for in-app purchases), they are treated as delivered and consumed for refund purposes, except where Section 2 (Google Play), Section 4 (EU/UK statutory rights), or other applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
2. Google Play (in-app purchases)
Orders billed through Google Play are handled under Google Play's refund policies:
- Within 48 hours of purchase, you can self-request a refund through Google Play's Order history or play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory; Google's automated system may approve eligible orders directly.
- After 48 hours, refunds for in-app purchases are at the developer's discretion. To request our review, email with the Google Play order ID (e.g.,
GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX) and the player ID. We do not control Google's outcome and we cannot reverse a Google denial. - If Google approves a reversal, we will adjust or revoke the corresponding in-game entitlement (e.g., remove the Diamonds credited) when our systems and the store allow. If the Diamonds were already spent, we may set your balance to a negative value until subsequent legitimate top-ups offset it.
3. Web checkout on this site (applies only when web checkout is enabled)
Our recharge page (recharge.html) only creates a contract with us once we enable real payment processing through it. While the page shows the confirm button as "Coming Soon", no charge can be created and you have not paid us through that page—Sections 3 through 12 of this Policy do not yet apply.
When web checkout is enabled, the page will accept payment in U.S. Dollars (USD) only, through one of the following methods we offer: Cash App Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We do not currently take direct credit-card payments on our site; if other methods are added later, this Policy will be updated.
After a successful web charge, we may approve a refund or credit (not guaranteed) in cases including:
- we confirmed payment but failed to deliver Diamonds to the submitted player ID;
- a duplicate charge for one order;
- a clear billing error on our side (wrong package price or double capture);
- unauthorized payment supported by reasonable evidence (e.g., a Cash App / Apple Pay / Google Pay account that was not yours or was compromised).
Subject to Section 4 below (statutory rights for EU/UK consumers), we do not refund for buyer's remorse, dislike of ads or difficulty, accidental purchases by a household member with access to your device, regret about how Diamonds were spent, or a wrong player ID you typed if Diamonds were delivered to that ID.
4. EU / UK / EEA consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another EEA country, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts for digital content, starting on the day the contract is concluded.
However, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and equivalent UK law), this right does not apply once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By selecting a Diamond package and confirming payment on recharge.html, you (a) expressly request immediate delivery of the Diamonds to your player ID, and (b) acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that order. The recharge page presents this notice at checkout for your confirmation. If, despite that consent, your local consumer law preserves the right, please contact within 14 days of the order; we will assess in good faith.
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence (including the right to a remedy for digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose).
5. How to request a refund (web purchases)
Email within fourteen (14) days of the charge (longer if mandatory law in your region requires). Subject line: Refund Request — Cuter Chaos Water Sort — [your player ID]. Include:
- Your full name and the email used at checkout.
- The player ID you submitted at checkout (exactly as entered).
- Date, approximate time, and amount in USD of the charge.
- Payment method used (Cash App Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) and any receipt or transaction ID from that wallet — please never send full card numbers; we do not need them.
- A short factual description of the reason.
We may request additional proof (such as a screenshot of the Cash App / Apple Pay / Google Pay receipt) to prevent fraud and confirm that the request comes from the wallet account holder.
6. Timing & how refunds are paid
We aim to acknowledge receipt within three (3) U.S. business days and to complete review within ten (10) U.S. business days from the day we receive complete information. Approved refunds are issued back to the original wallet (Cash App / Apple Pay / Google Pay) used at checkout. The wallet provider may take an additional three (3) to ten (10) business days to post the refund to your account or linked card statement; that step is outside our control. Denials will include a brief reason where appropriate.
7. Currency, exchange rates, and fees
Web checkout charges are denominated in USD only. Approved refunds are issued in USD in the same amount as the original charge. We do not deduct processor fees from refunds. We are not responsible, however, for any difference you may see in your local currency caused by your wallet's or bank's exchange rate between the original charge date and the refund date (so-called "FX loss"); for cross-border purchases this can be a few percent in either direction and is set by your bank, not by us.
8. Chargebacks & payment disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us at before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your wallet (Cash App / Apple Pay / Google Pay) or, for in-app purchases, with Google. Chargebacks bypass our review, can take weeks to resolve, and can lock our merchant account. Abusive or unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of web recharge, removal of the disputed Diamonds (and any Diamonds purchased with funds later reversed), and, where permitted, termination of your Game account.
9. Partial fulfillment & adjustments
If only part of an order failed, we may issue a partial credit or partial refund. If we refund after delivery, we may remove the corresponding Diamonds from the Game account when systems allow, including by setting the balance to a negative value to be offset by future legitimate top-ups.
10. Fraud, abuse, and ineligible orders
We may refuse a refund or reverse a previously granted refund if we reasonably determine the request is fraudulent, results from policy abuse, was made by a person other than the cardholder/account holder, or relates to Virtual Items obtained through a violation of our Terms of Service (such as cheating, exploits, or RMT). In such cases we may also remove the Virtual Items in question and suspend the account.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy; the Effective date and Last updated fields above will change when we do. For material changes that adversely affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice on this page. Continued use of web checkout after the new effective date constitutes acceptance unless law requires otherwise.
